Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time can depend on the freight company. However, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping
From time to time, we offer free shipping on selected products purchased online and delivered to an Australian address.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Aquatemp offers cost-effective Flat Fee Shipping based on order weight.
- 0 - 1kg = $17.30 +gst
- 1.1 kg - 10kg = $29.50 +gst
- 10.1kg - 20kg = $49.60 +gst
- 20.1kg - 30kg = $78.00 +gst
- Heavy Items over 30kg = $98.00 + GST
Shipment to Post Office Boxes
Whilst we do post to Post Office Boxes, we do not take responsibility for it being collected.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Should any items arrive damaged, please report immediately to enquiries@aquatemp.com.au
